Why is this course useful?
This training provides an introduction to the Noise at Work Act. aiding all delegates to obtain a degree of competence in the management of effective hearing conservation programmes in the workplace. Each delegate will gain a fundamental understanding of noise generation, the effects of noise on people and the cost effective methods of controlling the risks. This will enable delegates to tackle real work noise assessments using their own work situations and instrumentation where appropriate.
