Whether you are working at heights or underground we will be able to supply all of your safety equipment needs from our extensive range of Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus, Gas Monitors, Tripods and Winches, Resuscitation Equipment, Rescue/Safety Harnesses, IS Lighting and many other items of safety equipment. Should you want to hire equipment for just a few days, weeks, months or even a year we will have a rate to suit you.

Conditions of Hire

The conditions below form the agreement between Hirer and Todo Mundo Ltd. (the owner).

Hire Charges

The charges for Hire shall be agreed at the commencement of Hire. Any part of the week is to be charged as if it were a full week. A week is defined as seven consecutive days, commencing on the day of delivery of the equipment to the Hirer or the agreed date of Hire commencement whichever is later. Todo Mundo Ltd terminates the period of Hire upon receipt of the Hired equipment.

Hirers Obligations

It is the Hirers responsibility to inform Todo Mundo Ltd of their intention to terminate or extend the Hire period. When returning the equipment, a method of transport that provides proof of delivery must be used. An arrangement for the return of Hired equipment is the responsibility of the Hirer. If Todo Mundo Ltd is required to arrange return of the Hired equipment, a surcharge of 25.00 on top of the delivery charge will be invoiced. The Hirer will provide a purchase order at the commencement of Hire, to cover all of the Hire charges. The Hirer will keep the equipment in good condition and will not subject it to any form of misuse. The Hirer agrees to be responsible during the period of Hire for the entire risk of damage or loss of the equipment.

Any equipment lost or returned damaged will be repaired or replaced at the expense of the Hirer, and until a settlement has been paid, the equipment will be invoiced as though it were still on hire.

Owners Obligations

The Owner will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the equipment in good working order on or before the date agreed and to replace any equipment that fails whilst out on hire.

Payment Terms

Payments of all Hire charges are strictly net within 30 days of invoice date.

Invoices will be raised at the end of the period of Hire, or where the Hire period exceeds four weeks, at the end of each four week period, or after each single week of Hire.

Indemnities and Damage

In no event will Todo Mundo Ltd accept liability for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage claims arising in connection with the use of or failure of the Hired equipment.
